To check iCloud Photos folder where its content is available only online but thumbnails, Alldup cannot preview the thumbnails without downloading the files, but Windows can in explorer. So thumbnails are somewhere in Windows so it can show them, then Alldup may be also able to show them without downloading from cloud.

Since the size for default thumbnails of image files in Windows is not bigger than a specific dimension, if the file is available let Alldup uses the original file, if not available let Alldup uses the thumbnail version of the file, this will be better, won't it?
